Newport Home Health Agency is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and provides in-home care across three Texas regions: Region 3 (Dallas–Fort Worth), Region 6 (Greater Houston), and Region 8 (San Antonio and Bexar County). Families come to us for personal assistance services, skilled nursing at home, companion care, respite for family caregivers, and help getting a family member paid as the caregiver through Medicaid STAR+PLUS.

We work with the STAR+PLUS managed-care plans serving our regions — including Superior HealthPlan, Molina Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Aetna Better Health, and Cook Children’s Health Plan — as well as Medicare, VA benefits, and private pay. Every caregiver is background-checked before their first visit, every visit is verified electronically (EVV), and our office team answers the phone when something needs to change.
