Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website newporthomehealth.com (the “Site”), operated by Greenwich Healthcare Services Inc., doing business as Newport Home Health Agency (“Newport,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
Content on this Site describes our home care services and related Texas programs for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a provider–patient relationship. Care decisions should always be made with qualified professionals based on an individual assessment. Program details (including Medicaid and STAR+PLUS rules) can change; we work to keep descriptions current, but the administering agency’s official materials control.
2. Not an emergency service
Do not use this Site or its forms for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Website forms and communications
Forms on this Site are for contact, consultation requests, and employment inquiries. Please do not submit detailed medical or other sensitive personal information through them — we will collect anything needed for care through secure channels. Submitting a form does not establish services; services begin only under a separate service agreement. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting automated or fraudulent form entries, scraping content for spam, or interfering with the Site’s operation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding, and design are owned by Newport or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not republish or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources (for example, government program pages and our external jobs board). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law, or any obligations we owe under a written service agreement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Questions? Call 972-602-3500 or use our contact page.
