What our mission means in practice

Our mission is simple to say and hard to do: help Texans stay safely in their own homes, with caregivers who show up, care plans that fit real life, and an office that picks up the phone. We serve seniors and adults with disabilities across Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio — many of them through Texas Medicaid STAR+PLUS, where we help families navigate assessments, authorized hours, and the option to have a family member become the paid caregiver.

Three commitments guide every case: continuity — the same caregiver as often as possible, because trust is built visit by visit; dignity — care that supports independence instead of replacing it; and reliability — every visit verified electronically (EVV), and a coordinator who acts when a schedule needs to change.
